This is a fun game but recently it has started crashing almost every time I play it

I was a loyal civ player, but now whenever I get to a point later in the game it crashes and cant finish the game. Super frustrating! I know there is a Civ 2 game for iOS but no way in hell im paying for any of that when they cant or wont fix the issues on this game. I also think its dumb that you can have 4 other civilizations all declaring war with you but will never attack each other.... EVER! Would be a 5 star if these two issues were taken care of. Maybe more than 1 update every 2 yrs?

Not only have they made the game annoying to play by trying to force in-app purchases every time you look at a city. But their idea of an "upgrade" appears to be to strip away various buildings and units that have always been part of the game and then charging you to get them back. Complete garbage-- dont buy this app!!! And now the game crashes every few minutes

Lots of fun, I play it almost daily but it crashing frequently late in game. Not a deal breaker tho just save often. Enjoy

Great game but crashes every time I play!

Great time waster. Love having this game on my phone so I can play, save and come back to it whenever. I loved playing this game on PC but could never devote enough time to strategy. Having it on a mobile device? So cool.

This game is a lot of fun when it works.

Though lately it crashes all the time and i mean all the freaking time. I cant even finish 3 out 4 games because it crashes at the same spot everytime. I even deleted it and redownloaded.

Its driving me crazy; dont get me wrong, for a mobile game this is 5 stars but whenever I do something major itll crash. For instance, whenever germany declares war on me and I say: "Bring it on.", I crash. My culture advisor pops up saying hey! need 12 more things! *Crash* I keep restarting, re-installing and it keeps crashing. (I run iOS8/iphone5)

Great game although the AI is pretty simple. One big issue is that the game crashes after the first 1-2 times you play it. As in you cant finish it. Cant get past a certain point. Only fix is to delete and download again. This needs to be fixed.

Been playing civilization for 20 years and have enjoyed every version I have played.

This was a great game and a great purchase. However it needs an update. The sound control is ineffective. Even at the lowest setting it is way too loud. Also the game keeps crashing. The auto save feature hasnt saved much of the progress Ive made causing me to start over. Now however the game wont stop crashing. I cant get any further in the game or play it at all.

After the last update its moving so slow. Really bad update. One star. The worst game ever!!!

This game was good, then civ 2 came out and this one has gone to crap!!! Please update this or give us civ 2 for free!!!

Honestly I love this game and play it for hours at a time but almost every game I get about halfway to any victory and end up crashing, Usually with the domestic advisor. They just need an update to fix that and this game will be aces

My troops lose health every battle even when attacking a small archer or warrior. Also the randomization of attacks is unfair as i lost an army of riflemen with a great general to a lone rifleman. Dont buy this game.

This is an awesome game in my opinion, for 3 dollars you could get something else but this is great, but if you want to play with your friends on other devices you each have to pay an additional 2.99, so just be aware

why oh why did I update this game? it worked perfectly and was fun like the pc game; I played it all the time. after the update it keeps crashing especially when another country declares war on you, ironically right after you tap "bring it on." game crashes & you have to to repeat the last turn, and then it crashes again. not worth playing anymore. too bad, I loved it.

Every time you receive a new person either right then or after the app shuts down. Clearly there is a bug here, FIX IT!

Game crashes periodically and restarting the game, once you get to the same place it will crash again. Fix it!
