One game I never tire of

2016 Update:
Once again I am glad to give this game thumbs up. 4 star reflect on the limitations of the pvp package and my dislike of adding a second evolutionary app rather than adding that functionality and story plots to the pre-existing game.
Update:
After purchasing the multiplayer package I must drop rating by one star for both the many missing functionalities and game shortcomings (as I other I lament the games won by forfeit are not credited). I also was appalled that upgrading to the newest version also erased all ongoing games. Overall the 4 star rating is to encourage 2K to continue to polish this game so we can forget that it got a bit pricey.

I have played Civ since the release of Civ II for Macintosh a couple is decades ago and there isnt a single strategy game that can stand up to it. This smartphone version follows in the same vein of just standing head and shoulders above any other offering.
Update: I recently purchased the new expansions and I am enjoying the increased challenge with the Deity level.
This game continues to improve and I am totally happy about that.
